In 1992 made personal decision that will entirely change my eating habits;became a vegetarian, since then I'm really passionate about eating healthy.
About two years ago discovered that had a moderately allergy to soy and again had to adapt the way to eat, aware of my allergy started to do several experiments in the kitchen; some turned to be good and others really delicious.
If you like to try different things to eat or you are adjusting to a healthy eating plan.
Mash the beans with a fork until thick and pasty.

If grilling, place patties on foil, and grill about 8 minute on each side. OR if baking, place patties on baking sheet, and bake about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown on each side.
Serve with lettuce, tomato and alfalfa sprouts, cheddar cheese or cheese substitute in a bagel bread or as a dish with steamed veggies with onion dressing.
